Watershed Stewardship Coordination Committee

Role
To provide opportunities for watershed stewards to engage and collaborate on stewardship initiatives that improve the effectiveness of watershed management in the Bow River Basin.
Key Activities
Coordinate Stewardship group collaboration by sharing information, project work, and resources
Meet regularly and special meetings by call from the Chair to review and coordinate stewardship activities in the basin.
Support and organize December Watershed Stewardship Forum.
Prepare and present year-end review and report.
Membership and Meetings
Membership includes watershed stewardship groups, ENGOs, government agencies and individual stewards. Approximately seven stewardship group representatives regularly attend committee meetings
The committee meets a minimum of four times a year (or as required) and may do so in person, by conference call, or online.
